Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• YoloTrips: the provider of digital travel products via yolotrips.nl
• Customer: the natural person placing an order through the webshop
• Digital products: e-books, travel planners, travel guides, and other digital content offered through the webshop
• Order: the agreement between YoloTrips and the customer for the delivery of digital products

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by YoloTrips and to every agreement between YoloTrips and the customer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and prices

• All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise
• YoloTrips reserves the right to change prices. Existing orders are not affected by price changes
• Obvious errors in prices or product descriptions are not binding for YoloTrips

4. Orders and payment

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We support payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, and other methods offered by Stripe. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your digital products.

5. Delivery of digital products

• Digital products are made available immediately after payment via download or email
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address
• In case of technical issues with delivery, you can contact us and we will work together to find a solution

6. Right of withdrawal

Under European consumer protection law, the following applies to digital products: once the delivery of digital content has started (download available or email sent), the right of withdrawal expires. By placing an order for digital products, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

7. Intellectual property

• All content, designs, and digital products by YoloTrips are protected by copyright
• Digital products are intended for personal use by the customer only
• It is not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, or publish products without written permission from YoloTrips

8. Liability

• The content on our website and in our products is carefully compiled, but YoloTrips does not guarantee that all information is always complete, current, or accurate
• YoloTrips is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect information in travel content
• The total liability of YoloTrips is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product

9. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can turn to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10. Applicable law

These terms and all agreements between YoloTrips and the customer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Changes

YoloTrips reserves the right to modify these terms. The most current version is always available on this page. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
